How Do I Enter the AI Chat Page? You can usually enter the `AI Chat` page through the system navigation. After entering, the page is generally divided into the following areas: - Left: conversation history list - Center: message conversation area - Bottom: input box and feature toolbar When using the mobile version, the conversation history is usually collapsed and can be expanded through the top menu button. ## 3. How Do I Start a New Conversation? 1. Enter the AI Chat page. 2. Click `New Chat` on the left side or at the top. 3. Enter your question or requirement in the input box. 4. Press `Enter` to send directly, or click the `Send` button to submit. Notes: - `Enter` sends the message - `Shift + Enter` inserts a line break ## 4. Any Suggestions for Entering Questions? To make the answer more accurate, try to describe your requirement as completely as possible. Recommended writing style: - State your goal, such as "Help me write a product introduction" - Add background information, such as "For new users who are seeing the product for the first time" - Specify output requirements, such as "Keep it within 200 words and use a formal tone" Example: ```text Please help me write instructions for using the AI Chat page, for general users, in a concise tone, within 300 words. ``` ## 5. How Do I Select a Model? The currently used model is usually displayed near the input box. After clicking the model selection area, you can view the list of available models. You can choose based on your needs: - For general and stable answers: select the default or recommended model - For faster responses: prioritize faster models - To control cost: prioritize more economical models - For specific styles or capabilities: select based on model tags Some models on the page may display the following tags: - `RECOMMENDED`: recommended for use - `HOT`: popular model - `FAST`: faster response - `ECONOMICAL`: more economical Tip: Different models may have different answer styles, speeds, and consumption. You can switch flexibly based on the task type. ## 6. What Are Preset Templates and How Do I Use Them? `Preset Templates` are used to quickly fill in common prompt content and are suitable for repetitive tasks. How to use: 1. Click `Preset Templates` 2. Select a template 3. The system automatically fills the template content into the input box 4. You can continue editing based on the template and then send it Applicable scenarios: - Copy generation - Article summarization - Title polishing - Problem analysis - Fixed-format output ## 7. What Are Roles and How Do I Use Them? `Roles` are used to control the AI's answering identity, style, or professional direction. How to use: 1. Click the role selection area 2. Select a role 3. Enter your question and send it Examples: - Answer as customer service - Polish content as a writing assistant - Organize information as an analyst If you do not need a specific style, you can select `No Role`. ## 8. What Is Deep Thinking? `Deep Thinking` is suitable for more complex questions, such as analysis, comparison, solution design, logical reasoning, and similar tasks. After it is enabled, it usually has the following characteristics: - More complete answers - More sufficient analysis - Suitable for complex tasks - Generation speed may be slightly slower It is recommended to enable it in the following scenarios: - You need to break down complex problems - You need multi-step reasoning - You need a more rigorous conclusion or solution If you are only asking simple questions, rewriting, translating, or making daily queries, it usually does not need to be enabled. ## 9. What Is Web Search? `Web Search` means the AI can supplement its answer with online information. It is suitable for questions that require the latest materials or support from external information. It is recommended to enable it in the following scenarios: - You are querying relatively new information - You need to reference public materials - You need additional factual background Notes: - Web search results may be affected by the quality of online content - Even with web search enabled, important information should still be manually verified - For time-sensitive, policy-related, or highly professional content, be sure to confirm again ## 10. What Is Multi-model Collaboration? `Multi-model Collaboration` means allowing multiple models to participate in answering the current question, and then using a summary model to aggregate the results. How to use: 1. Click `Multi-model Collaboration` 2. Select the models that will participate in collaboration 3. Select the model responsible for summarizing 4. Click `Start Collaboration` 5. Enter your question and send it Applicable scenarios: - You need to analyze a question from multiple perspectives - You want to compare how different models think - You need a more comprehensive answer Note: - At least one participating model must be selected - Multi-model collaboration usually consumes more time and resources than single-model mode ## 11. How Do I View Conversation History? The left side of the page displays the `Recent Conversations` list. You can: - Click a history record to continue a previous conversation - Switch between different conversations - View saved message content If you are using the mobile version, expand the sidebar first before viewing conversation history. ## 12. How Do I Delete a Conversation? In the conversation history list, find the corresponding conversation and click the `Delete` button. Note: After deletion, the conversation and its message records usually cannot be restored. Please confirm whether you still need to keep the content before performing this operation. ## 13. How Do I Copy Answer Content? Below an AI answer message, click the `Copy` button to copy the current answer to the clipboard. Suitable for: - Pasting into documents - Sending to chat software - Saving to local materials ## 14. How Do I Use Voice Playback? Below an AI answer message, click the `Voice Playback` button, and the system will try to read the current answer aloud. Notes: - Click again to stop playback - This feature depends on browser capabilities - If the browser does not support it, the system will indicate that voice playback is currently unavailable ## 15. Why Is My Answer Still Generating? When the AI is processing a question, the page may display a status such as "Sending" or "Thinking". This usually means: - The model is generating content - The current question is relatively complex - `Deep Thinking` is enabled - `Multi-model Collaboration` is enabled Please wait a moment and avoid submitting the same question repeatedly. ## 16. Why Is the Answer to the Same Question Not Exactly the Same Every Time? This is normal. AI answers are affected by multiple factors, such as: - The currently selected model is different - Whether Deep Thinking is enabled - Whether Web Search is enabled - The wording of the question is slightly different If you want more stable results, we recommend: - Writing the question more clearly - Adding output format requirements - Using the same model consistently ## 17. Why Might the Answer Be Inaccurate? The bottom of the page already reminds you: `GUID.AI may make mistakes. Please verify important information.` This means: - AI-generated content may contain misunderstandings - Some factual information may be incomplete or inaccurate - For professional, legal, medical, financial, or policy-related content, the answer should not be used directly as the final basis Recommendations: - Important information must be manually reviewed - Key numbers, links, and policy provisions should be confirmed again - Content intended for formal external release should be manually proofread ## 18. What Is the Recommended Way to Use the AI Chat Page? We recommend using it in the following order: 1. Clarify your goal first 2. Select a suitable model 3. Select a role or preset template if needed 4. Enable `Deep Thinking` for complex questions 5. Enable `Web Search` when you need the latest materials 6. Use `Multi-model Collaboration` when you need multi-perspective results 7. Manually verify important results ## 19. Quick FAQ ### 1. What If the Send Button Cannot Be Clicked? Please check first: - Whether the input box contains content - Whether a message is still being generated - Whether there is a network error or loading error on the page ### 2. What If I Cannot Hear Voice Playback? Please check: - Whether the browser supports voice playback - Whether the device volume is turned on - Whether it is restricted by browser permissions or system settings ### 3. What If I Cannot Find Previous Chat Records? Please check: - Whether you have switched to another conversation - Whether the current account is correct - Whether the sidebar has not yet been expanded on mobile ### 4. Why Are Answers to Complex Questions Slower? Common reasons include: - The question itself is complex - `Deep Thinking` is enabled - `Web Search` is enabled - `Multi-model Collaboration` is used ## 20. Summary of Usage Recommendations If this is your first time using it, we recommend starting with the most basic single-model conversation: - First, directly enter a question to experience basic Q&A - Then try switching models - Then use features such as templates, roles, and Deep Thinking - Finally, use Web Search and Multi-model Collaboration as needed This helps you understand the purpose of each feature faster and find the usage method that works best for you.
