GUID.AI is a platform for aggregating and accessing AI capabilities. In order to provide model calls, content generation, image/video/audio processing, Apps tool capabilities, or related API services, we may forward part of the content you submit to the relevant upstream model providers, cloud service providers, inference service providers, or tool service providers for processing.

- Some requests may require cross-network, cross-provider, or cross-border processing before results can be returned;
- You should not submit highly sensitive content to models unless necessary, including identity documents, bank card numbers, account passwords, trade secrets, unauthorized private information of others, medical records, or minors' sensitive information;
- For content you voluntarily submit for model processing, the platform may route, forward, cache, bill, log, and protect it within the scope necessary to provide the service.
VI. How We Share, Transfer, and Publicly Disclose Your Information

In principle, we do not transfer your personal information to any company, organization, or individual. However, transfers may occur in the following circumstances:
- Where we have obtained your explicit authorization or consent;
- Where information is transferred due to a merger, division, restructuring, asset transfer, or business acquisition;

VII. Public Content and Community Display
If you voluntarily make public works, inspiration, covers, titles, descriptions, tags, prices, author nicknames, avatars, publishing times, or similar content, or publish them in the Inspiration Plaza, on share pages, or through accessible links, such content may be viewed, bookmarked, liked, purchased, copied, re-created, screenshotted, or further disseminated by other users.
Before making information public, please fully assess the risks and avoid publicly displaying personal privacy, trade secrets, or other sensitive materials that you do not wish to disclose.
VIII. Cookies, Local Storage, and Session Identifiers
To ensure the normal operation of the website, maintain login status, preserve language preferences, optimize the interactive experience, and improve security, we may use cookies, local storage, or similar technologies.
These technologies are generally used to:
- Identify login status and session identity;
- Save settings such as language, theme, and interface preferences;
- Support security verification, risk control, rate limiting, and anti-abuse measures;
- Measure page performance and service stability.
You may manage cookies through your browser settings. However, if you disable certain technologies, some login, verification, preference memory, or functional processes may not work properly.
IX. How We Store Your Information
9.1 Storage Locations
Your information may be stored on the platform's own servers, hosted cloud environments, databases, object storage, caching systems, or compliant service infrastructure. Some information may also be processed or stored by relevant partners in their own systems when carrying out upstream AI forwarding, third-party login, payment processing, or email delivery.
9.2 Retention Period
We retain your information only for the minimum period necessary to achieve the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required by laws or regulations. The main factors affecting retention periods include:
- The period during which you continue to use your account and the services;
- Statutory retention requirements for orders, bills, top-ups, earnings, tax, and audit records;
- Necessary retention periods for security logs, call logs, error logs, and risk-control logs;
- Processing periods after you proactively delete content, cancel your account, or request deletion;
- Reasonable periods required for dispute handling, complaint reporting, or judicial assistance.
After the retention period expires, we will delete, anonymize, or continue to retain the relevant information in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and technical conditions.
X. How We Protect Your Information
We take reasonable and practical security measures to protect your information, including but not limited to:
- Access control, permission grading, identity authentication, and the principle of least privilege;
- Transmission encryption, storage protection, log auditing, and security monitoring;
- Rate limiting, risk control, verification codes, human verification, and abnormal behavior detection;
- Fault isolation, backup recovery, monitoring alerts, and security operations measures.
However, please understand that the Internet is not absolutely secure, and no technical measure can guarantee 100% security. Therefore, you should:
- Properly safeguard your account, password, verification codes, and API Keys;
- Avoid exposing keys, share links, or sensitive screenshots in public settings;
- Carefully consider before submitting sensitive information to models, customer service, or public pages;
- Promptly change your password, disable keys, and contact the platform if you discover account abnormalities, key leakage, or suspected misuse.

You may perform these actions through platform features that have already been provided. If the current page does not provide the relevant function, you may also submit a request through customer service, the help center, tickets, or the contact channels published by the platform. For security reasons, we may need to verify your identity before processing the relevant request.
Please note that in the following circumstances, we may be unable to immediately respond to a deletion, cancellation, or withdrawal request, or may only be able to process it in part:
- Where laws or regulations require continued retention;
- Where transactions, billing, auditing, taxation, risk control, or dispute handling have not yet been completed;
- Where the information you request to delete has already been publicly disclosed by you and has been reasonably used by other users based on that disclosure;
- Where deleting the relevant information would make it impossible to continue providing core services.
XII. Protection of Minors
If you are a minor, please read and understand this Privacy Policy together with your guardian, and use the platform services only after obtaining your guardian's consent.
If we discover that a minor has submitted personal information that does not comply with the requirements without proper authorization, we will take steps such as deletion or restriction of processing as soon as required by law or reasonably practicable.
The platform does not encourage minors to submit highly sensitive information, identity materials, payment information, or privacy-related content for public release that is inappropriate for their age.
XIII. Cross-Border Processing
Because the platform may access upstream models, infrastructure, cloud services, login services, or payment services in different countries or regions, some of your information may, where necessary to provide the service, be transmitted or processed across regions, across networks, or across borders.
In such cases, we will make every effort to ensure that the processing remains lawful, legitimate, and necessary, and we will take reasonable measures to protect your information. If applicable laws require additional notice, separate consent, contractual arrangements, or security assessments, we will comply accordingly.
XIV. Third-Party Links and External Services
Platform pages, help documentation, work content, share links, OAuth login entries, payment entries, or developer documentation may contain links to third-party websites, applications, or services.
These third-party services have their own independent privacy policies and data-processing rules. Once you access such services, their own rules will apply, and the platform does not control their independent processing activities. We recommend that you carefully read the relevant privacy notices before using them.
XV. Updates to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time based on changes in product features, service upgrades, legal or regulatory requirements, supervisory policies, or business adjustments.
The updated Privacy Policy may be presented to you through one or more of the following methods:
- Registration pages, login pages, or site announcements;
- The help center, FAQs, or relevant settings pages;
- Important pop-up notices, in-site messages, emails, or other reasonable means.
If the update materially affects your rights or obligations, we will draw your attention to it in an appropriate manner. If you continue to use the platform services after the policy is updated, you will be deemed to have read and accepted the updated content.
XVI. Contact Us
If you have any questions, comments, complaints, reports, or rights requests regarding this Privacy Policy, you may contact the platform through the following channels:
- Platform customer service;
- Help center / FAQ / support ticket channel;
- Contact channels published on the platform announcement page or other pages.
We will verify, process, and respond to your request within a reasonable period after receiving it.
XVII. Supplementary Notes
This Privacy Policy, together with the User Agreement, Service Terms, Copyright Notice, platform announcements, help documentation, FAQs, inspiration rules, creator rules, top-up rules, API access documentation, and other page descriptions, forms part of the platform rule system.
If there is any inconsistency among related rules in a specific scenario, the more specific, more recent, and scenario-specific published rule shall generally prevail.
